IGCAR Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – 200 ITI Posts

Organisation: IGCAR – Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam-603102, Tamil Nadu | Department of Atomic Energy, GoI. Post: Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (1-year training at IGCAR facilities). Trades: Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Plumber, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical), and other relevant ITI trades. Eligibility: Matriculation (10th Pass) + ITI (NTC) in the relevant trade from a recognised board. Age: 18–24 years (as per Apprentices Act norms); relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as applicable. Stipend: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (as per Apprentices Act schedule; trade and year-wise). Important Dates: Application Start: July 2026 | Last Date: 19 August 2026. Apply at igcar.gov.in.
